so ... what is Chair Massage?

Well, for starters, it's not a vibrating chair that you have to feed with coins!

It's based on a short massage routine using Swedish, Shiatsu and Thai techniques, performed over clothing in a specialized chair that is brought right to you. The massage focuses on the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands; areas that often fatigue from repetitive movement. It can help prevent or relieve tension headaches, neck pain, and back discomfort. 

Technical jargon aside, massage is refreshing! We are social beings and require quality attention for health.
